Terms of use

Last updated: 2026.

By using LoadRecon you accept the terms below. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this tool is

LoadRecon compares two files you already have — an Amazon Relay trips history export and a Relay payment file — and reports where they agree and disagree. It is an aid to a manual check you could perform in a spreadsheet.

What it is not

It is not accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice. Its output is not a statement of what you are owed. Categories such as "completed, not paid" and labels such as "likely rollover" are the result of matching rules and timing heuristics applied to the files you provide; they describe those files, not your contractual position.

It is not a system of record. Nothing is saved. It does not replace your own books, your invoices, or the Relay portal.

It is not affiliated with Amazon. LoadRecon is independent and has no connection to, endorsement from, or relationship with Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Logistics, or Amazon Relay. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Verify before you act

The reconciliation can only be as good as the files you give it, and those files have real limits. They do not record who cancelled a load, whether a rate was correctly applied, or whether an item will appear on a later invoice. Before disputing a payment, withholding one, or making any commercial decision, verify the position directly in the Amazon Relay portal and against your own records.

Dispute deadlines shown by this tool are calculated from the invoice date in your payment file. Confirm them in the portal. Missing a deadline because a tool displayed a date is still missing a deadline.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. Reconciliation logic may contain errors, and file formats change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost payments, missed dispute deadlines, lost revenue, or business interruption — arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its output.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, overload it, or use it to process data you have no right to. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you load.

Advertising is disabled in this deployment.
